When Monica Villa @TheOnlineMom  invited me to the Verizon tour at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this past week, I accepted without hesitation.  I had attended the Techno-Geek Press Tour in San Francisco back in May 2012 and loved Verizon’s innovative ideas on home automation technology.

I would like to thank the Verizon team for their distinguished level of professionalism during the tour, and for the fun cocktail hour.  Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to have a one-on-one with us.

Since some of you were not able to attend the much talked about #CES event in Vegas on social media, I wanted to share just a few highlights that I found interesting on our Verizon tour.  There is some really cool stuff in this video.

It was pretty neat to see the commercials while watching some of the football games this weekend!  I have to admit, I was a bit geeked out to see some of the gadgets on the show floor and I loved being able to speak with the representatives about their ingenious and creative products.
