Words are not enough to describe the way I feel when I’m confronted with the amazing beauty of Maui. It was my second time here, returning for Kaanapali Fresh, A Culinary Experience. Always a treat! Our kickoff dinner at @Japengomaui welcomed the #KFresh14 media team. We were dazzled by superb sushi and sultry sunsets at @hyattmaui. Dinner was followed by a stargazing tour from the @hyattmaui rooftop, conducted by the incredibly inspiring @NASAEddie Mahoney.
Each resort has its own unique attributes to offer to their guests’ preference. If you love living in a model home and want to spend a lot of time on the sand, @KaanapaliAlii was voted the United States’ best beach by TripAdvisor in 2013. My spacious and luxurious @KaanapaliAlii condo had both ocean and mountain views. And the resort featured the ultimate backyard BBQ, with @KaanapaliAlii Grillmaster Rocky grilling fresh food to perfection at sunset backed by ocean views.
At Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas, they really know how to treat their guests. After learning the history and the art of the lei, I attempted to make my own. After this beautiful experience, I was treated to a wonderful massage at Spa Helani with Kalani at @WestinKorVillas. Thank you kindly, Sumithra Balraj. I can still feel the effects of the treatments! This stop is not to be missed.
The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas also offers outrigger canoe trips for those who have a desire to venture out on the ocean. The best time for whale encounters is from mid-January to mid-March with Maui Paddle Sports @WestinKORVillas
