Cherry Blossoms and Blogging Tips Bloom at @EdgarDC Tweet Up

I want to thank all of you who were able to come out and join us at Make Your Blog Blossom: Tips on Research and Audience-Building.  We had a wonderful time, both giving our presentations and also meeting all of the attendees and enjoying @EdgarDC’s fantastic food and drinks at The Mayflower Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel.

In case you missed it, here is a video recap of the Cherry Blossom Tweet-Up at @EdgarDC.

I would like to thank our presenters:

Marilyn Terrell (@Marilyn_Res): National Geographic Traveler magazine.  Find her on RebelMouse and National Geographic Travel online.

Kerry O’Shea Gorgone (@KerryGorgone): An attorney, new-media specialist and educator teaching Internet marketing at Full Sail University in Florida. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kerry-oshea-gorgone/

And let’s not forget our talented moderator,
Shana Glenzer (@ShanaGlenzer): Aspiring mobile guru and social marketer. Day job: Blackboard Mobile sales.  Loves great food, movies, concerts, running and her town, Washington, DC. http://www.vizify.com/shana-glenzer.

Now, I can have my cake and eat it too — I can post photos on Twitter, FB, IG, or G+ from my Samsung GALAXY from anywhere! #VZWBuzz

Don’t forget to enter our Washington, DC Cherry Blossom Photo Contest where I’ll be giving away one Samsung Galaxy camera, that lets you take photos and post them directly to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google+.  Find all the details by clicking here.

Although this week Mother Nature seems to be giving us a Winter Wonderland during spring, there’s still time to get some great photos!  I hope to get down to the Washington Mall and join you in photographing the blossoms very soon.  Please follow the entry rules carefully!

Remember, in order to collect the prize, the winner will need to be at our next tweet-up.

P.S. If you would like to order a designer cake, please contact @SabrinasCakes
