Are you following these 10 Bloggers Yet?

Today, I am happy to announce my one-year anniversary on the Ann-Tran blog. In this post, I plan to introduce 10 bloggers who have inspired me during my first year of blogging. But first and more important, I would like to take this opportunity to say ‘thank you’ all my valuable readers for sharing my blog and for being kind enough to take the time to leave comments.

I read each individual comment and truly appreciate your time and feedback. Your insightful comments and suggestions have motivated me to add more personal photographs and given me great ideas for future blog posts. Meeting you through my blog has also allowed me to stop by your Twitter page or visit your blog.

Wow, time flies when you are on a schedule. ツ The first piece I shared on my blog was on September 10th, and it was a very personal piece. I wanted my readers to get to know who I am and to understand me as a real person.

When I first started blogging, my plan was to start out with one post per month, and gradually perhaps one post per week. However, my posting schedule has not worked out quite that way because adventures and distractions would come up in my life . This is why it amazes me to see other bloggers who whip out a post a day yet they consistently share quality content each week.

In celebration of my blog’s one-year anniversary, I would like to introduce to you some bloggers whom I admire. I am in awe of the volume of content they generate! I now know from my personal experience, that blogging it is not an easy task to juggle with our busy lives along with maintaining our busy social network.

There are so many talented bloggers on the Internet, but please allow me to share this first group of talented bloggers, although some of you may already following their work.

  2. Was following most of them, will follow the few I wasn’t now! Thanks for sharing such a great list! I hope, someday, will make your list! (Still have a lot of work to do to get anywhere near these guys!)

  3. Ann- been following you on twitter, now the blog. I too recently started blogging, along with being a mom, a journalist… it’s tough, but rewarding. Thanks for inspiring.

  4. Hi Ann,

Thanks so much for including me with this list of great folks – what an honor. As someone who’s been listening to your voice during the course of the last year, let me assure you that you do a fantastic job your own self. Bravo to you – and congrats on a one-year anniversary!!

  5. Congrats on the one year anniversary!

Coming up with new blog content on a daily basis can seem overwhelming at first.

I picked up a simple tip from Darren Rowse at Problogger, he keeps a blog post idea folder on his desktop and when ideas pop into his head, he creates a new document to jot down his thoughts. That way your not starting from scratch for each new blog post, you’ll always have a few ideas kicking around.

-Your Twitter stream has always been an inspiration to me.

Thank you for listing me in the company of such great bloggers.

  6. Ann Congrats on the one yr anniversary. Something many bloggers never see.

And BIG TY for including me in your first 10 Bloggers post.. you are the best, and included with bloggers I respect and follow myself. 🙂

  7. Happy anniversary Ann!

You have already found your own ‘voice’ and it is consistent with your amazing Twitter presence – that is why your fans are willing to wait for your next inspiring post.

Blogging is best learned by blogging and by reading other bloggers! It is an honor to be included in such an amazing line-up of bloggers – I admire and follow them all!

    Lori 🙂

  8. Kudos on the anniversary!

I agree Ann, I am always amazed at people who can pump out daily post. I have enough difficulty dredging up tech bits weekly. Especially the how-to’s which are difficult to come up with the right blend to excite my technical audience but still keep my normal readership enthused.
